  • A group that utilizes boxing and fitness as a medium to promote health and wellness. We incorporate core punching techniques, proper body mechanics, sequencing and rhythm, and proper boxing techniques. *This is a no-contact and non-competitive program.

  • A group that incorporates basic cheer and tumbling techniques to individuals to develop and enhance trust-building skills, teamwork, body awareness, and self-confidence. We will teach cheerleading and tumbling fundamentals in motions, jumps, choreography, and motivational cheers!  Our young people engage in activities to support coordination, core strength, balance, and increased body awareness.  Our groups are led by a certified Cheerleading Coach, trained professionals with dance/gymnastics experience and youth development. text goes here

  • A creative movement group integrates improvisational dance components, play, music and props to enable participants to learn through imagination, exploration and making connection . Each session utilizes natural movement/ dance fundamentals to enhance the body-mind connection, body awareness, expression, confidence, story-telling and more!  We will incorporate dance and teach moving in different dimensions of space to build awareness of self, rhythm, and movement.

  • A group that teaches tumbling fundamentals to individuals to support, develop and enhance body awareness, self-confidence, and sensory integration. Our tumbling class offers the opportunity for young people to roll, climb, jump, flip, etc on matted equipment. Learn cartwheels, handstands, backflips and MORE! We teach tumbling technique and body shapes as primary focus and develop more advanced skills as individuals achieve mastery and comfort.  No experience/or prior knowledge necessary. Our groups are led by a certified Tumbling Coach, trained professionals with tumbling/cheer/gymnastics experience and youth development

  • This group was developed to provide a safe space for pre-teens/teens to come together in community to develop friendships, share their interests and have discussions around teen topics.  Come learn about different topics, explore identity, connections and create meaningful connections. This group will incorporate common interests and activities of group members.

  • This group promotes the health and wellness through exercise and activities. We incorporate stretching, different forms of exercise, and games that encourage self-exploration and expression. Our fitness class offers young people the opportunity to learn how to overcome challenges and develop positive relationships with themselves and others.
